OUR RIGHTS
-Feral Studios reserves the right to refuse working with anyone for any reason
-Feral Studios reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. Common reasons for cancellation include; customer rudeness, ignoring/not replying to messages, inability to pay/unwillingness to pay/missed payment (without former notice), constant design changes, etc.
-Feral Studios reserves the right to alter this ToS as needed.
-Feral studios reserves the right to alter character designs slightly in order to better suit a fursuit, this does not mean your character will not look like your character, only that some proportions may not be exact to your ref sheet.
-Feral Studios reserves the right to post completed works on all social media’s and this website.
YOUR RIGHTS
-You reserve the right to ask for updates, make suggestions, and request fixes during the making of the suit
-You reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. Please communicate your cancellation with me. Depending on the progress of your suit, a refund may or may not be given.
-You reserve the right to contact me through any of my media’s about your commission.
ORDERING AND REQUIREMENTS
-If you are under 18, your parent/guardian will need to order your fursuit for you. They must send a valid ID picture, which will be deleted after confirmation. If this step is not completed, you will not get your commission.
-We only accept commissions from those 16 years or older. If ordering a fullsuit, please insure you are no longer growing.
-Each piece is tailored to fit you
-You must have a clear, non-shaded, up to date reference sheet (2 sided, 3 sided preferred)
-We are not responsible for wrong markings due to an unclear or inaccurate reference sheet.
-If you plan to change your character completely, please contact us before we start work! If you change your character after we have started work there will be an additional fee, and your quote reevaluated.
-If you plan to change your characters design after work has been started, there will be an additional fee.
-We require a DTD to build fullsuits
QUOTES
-Quotes can be acquired via direct messaging.
-Quotes are valid until commissions close. Once I open back up you will need to get a new quote for that round.
-Quotes do not mean you get a commission, nor that you have to pay. They are just a price estimate
PAYMENT
-Payment is done via PayPal
-There will be a 30% non refundable deposit, this will need to be acquired to secure your spot in our queue, and to pay for materials.
-Work usually only starts once the suit is paid off, however there may be some exceptions to this. It is to be expected though that any work will only start once a suit has been paid off, and exceptions to this are special case only, and are not the norm.
-Payment plans are accepted, with a minimum of $200 per payment. These are usually done monthly. Shorter payment plans are preferred, and full payment is even more preferred
-Feral Studios does not accept fursuit trades or art trades to pay for your suit. We cannot buy materials with fursuits or art, nor can we pay bills with them.
-If you have a specific fur you would like us to use, please let us know and link us to said fur. We do not accept you sending us fur to build the fursuit with, we prefer to get our fur direct from sellers, it makes everything easier and smoother.
-Please make sure you are financially stable when you order a fursuit. How much you can pay affects your place in the queue, paying off your fursuit quickly will ensure your fursuit is more likely to be completed first.
REFUNDS
-If you request a refund before work has started, you will be refunded everything except the 30% deposit
-Once work starts, only 50% of your suit is refundable
-Depending on the stage of progress in your fursuit, refund rates can range from 50%-10%
-If your fursuit is in the detailing stage or complete, you will not be issued a refund
-Feral Studios is able to terminate your commission at any time
WORK IN PROGRESSES AND COMMUNICATION
-WIPs and updates will be sent via Instagram, Telegram, Email, Amino, and Twitter
-Feral Studios shares WIPs on their social media’s
-Please do not ask us for updates daily. We assure you your project is being worked on. WIPs are sent once we are at a stage in the process where they are needed
DUE DATES
-Feral Studios does not take due dates, however, if you would like your suit to be done by a certain time let us know, and we will do our best to obey that deadline, this DOES NOT mean your fursuit will be done by then, only that we will do our best to meet it.
-Feral Studios turn around time is usually a few months, depending on suit type
STYLE
-Feral Studios does not do Fursuits in other makers styles. If you want someone else’s style, commission them.
-Feral Studios only accepts canine and feline characters, or species similar to these, if you are unsure if we would accept your character, please ask. We do not do certain species as we are not comfortable in our ability to make them to our quality standard
-We do not accept copyrighted characters or characters that are not your own
SHIPPING
-Shipping is calculated after your fursuit is built. We will get a quote from the post office and inform you of this
-The Fursuit will not be shipped until the shipping fee is paid
-You will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped
-We are not responsible for any damages that may occur while the suit is in the possession of the shipping company. We pack our suits to try to prevent this, but rough handling can damage the suit.
-We are not responsible for any fees you have to pay the shipping company in order to receive the package
REPAIRS AND WARRANTIES
-Your suit has a 1 year warranty, during this time, any small repairs will be covered by this.
-Any large repairs or repairs after 1 year will have a repair fee
-You pay the shipping fee both ways, your suit will not be shipped back until this fee is paid
-Any issues found to be the makers fault are covered by a lifetime warranty, if there is a issue with your suit please let us know and we will do our best to fix it. This includes any sizing issues, unsewn seams, or problems similar.
